Company Audits
These are currently obligatory for companies with a turnover for
more than £5.6m.
We would be happy to advise if you company needs or would
benefit from an audit.
Baxter Smith-Milne are registered with the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to
conduct audits. Not all accountants are able to offer this
facility. Our practice files are subject to independent
inspection by Association officials, to maintain standards and
our status as auditors.

our practice to work with our audit clients, to take
appropriate steps to ensure an unqualified audit report.
