Our Commitment
We believe we offer a comprehensive financial service to our
clients. We are trained and equipped to deal with every aspect of
business and taxation matters and have, over the years,
established contacts with other trusted professionals whom we can
call on to give specialist help if required, completing our full
financial package.
We log all telephone calls, and promise to return them within 24
hours, however because of the way the practice is structured there
will always be a qualified person for our clients to talk to should
the partner dealing with a client's affairs not be available.
We undertake to listen to any complaints a client may have.
Should these remain unsolved, all clients have the right to appeal
to The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for an
opinion, the result of which we would stand by.
We are committed to and enjoy helping our clients grow their
businesses and minimise their tax liabilities. In many cases we
believe we will save our clients more than we cost them!
